Hong Kong (HKSAR) - The Chief Secretary for Administration (CS), Mrs Carrie Lam, and the Vice-Governor of Guangdong Province, Mr He Zhongyou, co-chaired the 21st Working Meeting of the Hong Kong/Guangdong Co-operation Joint Conference in Hong Kong today (March 23).Relevant officials of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government and the Guangdong Provincial Government attended the meeting.
